Derived from an exclusive first harvest from the abundant gardens of the Yiwu district, this Sencha tea is characterized by its thin pine-like leaves. Submitted to a steam-drying process, the leaves are worked with using ancient Japanese methods to perfect its range of deep rich aromas. Releasing the fresh aromas of hay, this golden coloured brew creates a tannic and floral attack on your palate. Stretching on its soft notes of arugula and sweet corn you are left with a warming clover honey flavour in your mouth.
